Fibre support

I've been struggling with Afrihost now for months re their fibre service at my home. A zillion tests; troubleshoots; support tickets; whatsapp chats and what not later, still no service. I'm back on my cellphone data trying to run a business. Cancelled with them and moving to a new ISP in March.
