FIBRE SERVICE Provider

The worst experience from this service provider!! I made a manual payment for my wifi and they told me it’s the wrong link I used , they sent me the same link with the same instructions even after they told me it’s wrong! I then was told I have to get a refund from them I’m still waiting for it and then they cancelled my fibre line. ??? Why the hell are you cancelling my fibre line? This was never discussed or mentioned! I want my refund and I’ll go with another service provider since you guys cancelled my service for no reason.
