Fibre Router Received, No Installation over a MONTH

Good afternoon, I have been a pillar to post trying to get a fiber installation done by Vodacom through Afrihost. I received my fiber router almost a month back and from then I have been chatting to Afrihost agents on WhatsApp and via email with no proper timeline as to when my fiber line would be installed at my home. I currently have LTE with MTN through Afrihost and I have had no issues. This is my first bad experience with the company. Someone, please help me, apparently, this went to project management and so on to get escalated but I feel I am being treated unfairly as a customer. If you cannot get this connection done please cancel my request come collect your router and refund my delivery fee, I am feeling helpless.
