Fibre Refund

We ordered a fibre line in January and to date received nothing. When calling we are told our line is installed. Yet no one has been here to install anything. We then cancelled and were charged a cancellation fee, which I went to Afrihost HQ to get refunded and drop off the router. To date the refund has not been actioned and when looking at my statement I see that it was refunded and re-added to my invoice on the same day.

Afrihost are clearly a bunch dirty *******.
