Fibre order - late and no feedback

Logged an order for fibre installation on 20 Sept on the Vumatel infrastructure. The website sates +- 7 days for installation. When I phoned on 5 October to get an update I was told that I would receive feedback on the same day, which didn't materialise. I had to phone the next day and was given some excuse. I'm really sad to say that Afrihost is getting to big and is not providing the service of the past. It takes ages for phone calls to be answered and there is no proper after hours support. I'm going to cancel this order and rather go with Vox which seems to have 24/7 telephonic support and they attend to a call in under a minute. They also seem to offer better value for money on their packages. I have always promoted and recommended Afrihost on forums and our community chat groups. I will unfortunately have to retract my support of Afrihost and inform the community which all want to install fibre about Afrihost's bad service.
