Fibre Offline - Afrihost is Useless

Cant tell me when my fibre is going to come back online. Ive been off for 2 days. And they said that they will charge me for the 2 days that they were offline. I dont think that that is fair. There is no incentive for them to fix the problem. They get paid either way.
