Fibre Line Very Slow, Very Limited Assistance

Honestly don't want to type this as Afrihost in past has been great, but the installation and setup of my Fibre line has been one of the most painful experiences ever, here are the experiences I experienced.

1. Incorrect account setup - Afrihost did not configure my account correctly, and I had no internet for the first day, it took a 2 and a half hour call to get through to them to relay this, as I first had to convince them, so I had to wait for the next day until Vumatels technicians could receive the request and update on their side.

2. Incorrect router sent - We ordered a 200mb priorty uncapped fibre line (Over R2000 per month), and the max speed we managed to get was 100mb. As confirmed by Afrihost, they had sent me the incorrect router and the router supp**** was only capable of 100mbps. The reason I was given this? It was the only router they had left they said. So that of course meant I had to wait for over the weekend getting 30mbps speeds.

3. The latest issue is that we are only getting roughly 30mbps download speeds. I told the Afrihost team consistently that the router could not be the issue, but they were adamant that I wait for the new one. Of course when the new one came we were still getting speeds of only 30mbps. This has been the most frustrating process, as Afrihost does not believe me, and has asked me to take so many screenshots (everyone of which I have provided, showing the laptop

4. Afrihost has also blamed Vumatel twice, saying there were 'configuration' issues on their side, and that they have put through a call for Vumatel to resolve, however when phoning Vumatel, they say they have received no such requests, the last being the activation request last week when we first setup, and said Afrihost's representatives would not say it was their fault if on a call with them.

5. Yesterday I was told early in the morning that the issue was the incorrect package was showing on Vumatels website, which I can confirm is correct. However nothing is being done about this now, and I keep getting told that the issue has been 'escalated'. More frustratingly you cannot get answers out of anyone.
