Fibre line upgrade Nightmare.

At the beginning of February 2020 I requested Afrihost to upgrade my business OpenServe fibre line from 100Mbps to 200Mbps. While the invoices from Afrihost reflected the upgraded immediately the upgrade has still not been completed months later and after many emails.

I'm told the line was not released by the previous ISP but have confirmed with them that it has been. OpenServe are not willing to deal with customers directly and simply refer me back to Afrihost but I'd expect nothing more from OpenServe / Telkom.

Afrihost it appears are not able to solve the issue with OpenServe and even as my ISP have still not secured authorisation on the line. Sadly since Afrihost is my only option I'm writing this review to highlight the extremely unpleasant and poor customer service.
