Fibre line down Ref:GAB-***8

We been having the worst time with Afrihost we logged a issue with them on the 10th December and still we have not had confirmation on when our fibre line is going to be fixed...everytime you speak to someone else and they ask you the same question is the ONT power line on and we keep on confirming the same issue....we have contacted frogfoot and they would like to help but say that we need to speak to afrihost to send out a ticket number for a technician to come out and we have been trying to do that since the 10th of December. Also trying to get a manager to call you is also impossible. So our lastest ticket number is 775650 and still we are waiting for afrihost manager to contact us or just for them to send the proper ticket number through so that we can get our fibre line fixed before they close.
