fibre line down for 5 days - no support

The line has been down for the last 5 days - i make 7 calls a day to Metro Fibre / Afrihost and still no technicians. They keep saying line should be up but it is not.... The last time I called, after waiting 1 hour on the phone, the phone was put down on me. Please send a technician to fix the fault today! I think this is more of a metro fibre issue and not afrihost... however i expect afrihost to have it solved by now as they are the party i am paying every month
