Fibre Lies

Complete waste of time as usual . I had to wait 5 months to get my fibre connection. I have no choice now when I want to upgrade to use them. Their website says click now to upgrade and will be done by 12 midnight (click to confirm T&C's, please lawyers help us here with their blatant disregard of law). Today being told it could be 3 days. Lies, lies, lies and they just dont care...
