Fibre issues and responses

NEVER deal with these people, got a great deal for free connection/install/router, and that's where the service stopped. Never worked properly, I'm getting speeds as low as 0.38Mbps instead of the promised 20Mbps. I can't stream anything, I can't work from home. All the calls I've logged have all but been ignored, they keep you holding on the phone for ages, then they just close a call you've logged without so much as a word. I've told them I want a discount on my account seeing as it doesn't work, that has been ignored too. Absolutely useless. I really didn't want to give them any stars at all but I got free "connection" so they got a star for that. I had better service on an overloaded Telkom ADSL exchange with a 2Mbps line
