Fibre installation with metro fibre

I ordered a router, got it delivered after i have been calling them for about 2 weeks and being told different stories, Now they need to let metro fibre come and do installation they gave them the wrong address yet everytime i call them they would make me confirm my address and they have it correctly. Every single time i call they will deal with the matter in 48hrs because metro fibre is closing soon and they will call me back they say and they never!
