Fibre installation went reasonable - took 14 days

Just had fibre connected by Openserve and ISP Afrihost -the router was pre-configured and arrived by courier within 4 days,but it took two call-backs by Afrihost over 24hours to get the Internet working.They called back each time I posted on their website. Not a perfect installation, but we are not unhappy with overall performance. It took 14 days as Openserve took their time.
