Fibre Installation nightmare

I app**** for fibre installation for our offices from the end of June and till today the 7th of August no communication has been made regarding and installation or an update for that matter.

I have spoken to agents via Whatsapp and email. I was informed that Openserve would contact me within 24-72 hours. To date, I have not received a single call.

I was given a reference number VGI-***0. To date I have no fibre in my office and it is difficult to work.
