Fibre installation

I have paid for a new installation, I have requested to change the provider to the fact that Frogfoot is suspended in my area, asked to change it to Vumatel and this just never seems to be resolved, when you get hold of them theirs always million stories to why it cannot be done!!! I am very disappointed with Afrihost and then they claim to be the best solution!
