Fibre Installation Afrihost - Very unhappy...

We have had the worst experience with Afrihost. Fibre got installed in our complex in November 2017. We are now at April 2018 and yet we have no fibre or any installations to our units yet. We ordered our device thru Afrihost in November 2017 and got advised we will be updated when the installations will take place and when we will go live. We received our device and our installation was placed on pre-order. On the 15th of February 2018 I received a email stating that we will receive installation in +-5 Weeks, till today nothing. I phoned them on the 4th of April and asked what was going on when I got advised that we are live and that the man I was speaking to was going to get back to me. And once again no response. I then phoned again and asked for my order to be canceled where I was advised by the consultant that they would collect the Wifi device and cancel the pre-order, also that there will be no charges. To my shock I received a email with a Invoice for an amount of R719.00 - For a cancellation fee, I refuse to pay this as there was no activation yet. I spoke to a consultant again called Jessica, she advised me the cancellation has already been processed and that she would find out if we can reverse this, otherwise we will have to re-apply and she will see if they can do anything for me. She promised to get back to me, this was on the 4th of April, today we are at the 9th of April and still no news. I also sent a mail this morning asking for response. I am currently awaiting feedback. I read on a social media platform this weekend that another client has also been experiencing bad service and false information as we have. I think this is really bad and they keep redirecting the fault to Vumatel. (They are the people who installed the lines to our complex). I wish I could get some answers and I refuse to pay the cancellation fee.
