Fibre Faults

I have logged a fibre fault via Afrihost to SADV on the 03 April 020, up until today SADV have not attended to my fibre fault. Many people are facing the same problem at Belhar Views. This is really not acceptable. Afrihost has not given me an update. It's been almost 24 hours without internet
