Fibre down since last night

Very poor service from Afrihost still no contact from them tried calling them at 21h30 last night and phone lines were close after i was told they close at 23h00.My fiber line down and still no one to fix it .Was told a manager will contact me but still no contact from Afrihost .Quick to take payment but when there is a issue the take up to 72 hrs to get in touch .Will i be credited for the downtime and inconvenience caused as we have business to run .Very poor service indeed and no consultant willing to assist as they looking for excuses all the time .
