Fibre down more than a week

I have been a week without Fibre due to Afrihost and Frogfoot that can't get my line fixed and both keeps closing tickets and says the line is fixed when they have done nothing. This has happened in April 2025 for a week and now again in June 2025 for a week ! And still I am without Fibre while writing this. Am I going to be without Fibre for 2 weeks ?
