Fibre down for 12 days

Im paying afrihost for fibre but it has been down for 12 days. All they can tell me is that it is a fault on openserve's side. Surely if im paying afrihost almost R900 for a service they should assist me with the problem. Or at the very least follow up with openserve so I can know what is happening. Very aggravated!
