Fibre Doesn’t Work and somehow I abuse them

Constant connectivity problems where all lights on Frogfoot ONT and ASUS router are green but there is no connectivity. Frogfoot say all is ok on their end and Afrihost don’t respond or help other than asking for photos of the lights on the ONT and Router which are all green. There is an attempt to blame my router which worked perfectly on Openserve fibre in Joburg so why is it suddenly incompatible? I’ve reset the router to factory settings and it still won’t work.

For some reason they forward my problems to an agent who uses ***. I would like to know who I have abused? Simply reporting a problem and expecting it to be resolved is categorised as abuse it seems.
