Fibre Disconnects - Horrible client service

Ive been with Afrihost for many years - and have been a loyal fibre customer and they've always had good customer service.

This has changed recently and for the last month Ive been experiencing constant disconnects on my fibre line - this is extremely frustrating as it disrupts online meetings and makes live streaming difficult.

Ive raised various tickets on this and have contacted them via the whatsapp line to no avail. The last response received was 17 April - more than a week ago and the problem is still not resolved.

I DO NOT recommend you join them as they are simply not resolving the issue at hand. I will be moving to another ISP.
