I have place my fibre order with you guys,everytime enquire im being sent from one agent to another,surely it wouldnt take 1 year to migrate from one service provider to you guys,this transaction hasnt been smooth as you promised,fix your fibre technical dept,there is no service them,you might as well cancel the order,I will stay with CellC.

The service is real bad with one agent taking me to account,account sending me back to ADSL,from ADSL to Fibre support and hold for 45 minutes,
