Fibre Activation Issue

It is with utter dismay that I am writing this review. I app**** for pure fibre package, and already paid for the router as well as the device. Now to get it fibre activated. It is now a battle between Afrihost and FrogFoot. Afrihost blames Frogfoot as according to them the ip address was not provisioned for. The holding times on phone is atrocious. I now have a FrogFoot Ticket Number and am not allowed to obtain progress from FrogFoot.

I also logged several tickets with Afrihost.

It is sad that they are extremely efficient to deduct the money from my Account but their Cust Service really, really bad.
