fibre activation complaint

I have been a customer of Afrihost for over a year now. I have had various problems which were slowly resolved over time. However, over the last five days I have had activation issues for the first time. It has taken hours of my time to try resolve and I am no further after speaking to countless individuals to assist. I spend the money but I am having to cope with fibre that drops every few minutes.

I will be switching to Rain. I cannot explain to another person again. Wish this were not the case but it seems to occur more and more with companies.
