Fibre Activation

Hi. I've been waiting on this company to activate my fibre since 14th December. They've taken the payment but not activated it. Each and everytime I call they advise me they'll be coming on the day I call but no show! Extremely disgusted by the services received from this company. Still have the audacity to send me a notification that payment is due !!!
