Good day, i have complained about Afrihost /Vumatel, the way they treat their paying customers, at the end of the day they can increase your monthly premium as they wish, i've been using their services for almost 2yrs, paying R499, then R599 now R649, that is such B.S. and the best part is they increase without you even having an option besides canceling the service, you can't go to another provider because they are so clever to ***** you because they own the infrastructure, so no one can help you, even if there's a better deal elsewhere, this is so unacceptable, but they won't tell you this when you first sign up, so basically hold a gun to one's head and that's it, very sad the way they exploit you.
