Initially I had LTE with them which is good, then this year when I wanted fibre at my own premises, they did not explain properly on how it works and all, made me called them and waiting on the ****ing telephone line continuously for more than 3 hours per day over a week, and my feedback was sorry we didn't put you on our spreadsheet for installation, for 1 ****ing week nothing had been done, wasting time to fight with them. lost trust in them totally! waste of time because they are incapable of providing any services yet over priced
