I have logged to service requests over the weekend, only received one number via sms.

As explained to the agents over WhatsApp this is extremely frustrating and costing me alot of money to buy data due to the wifi being off. I escalated this yesterday and again today and still no joy.

If this is not sorted out today I will be changing service providers.
