Fiber Ready for about 2 years and still nothing has been done!

We were told that our area was fiber ready and just needs to be activated, as up to today we have been waiting 2 years for fiber to be activated, every single time we tried to contact Afrihost to check up on processes and when Fiber will be available in the Nico Smith, Pretoria area, we were given no feedback and no effort to make it happen.
