Fiber ONT installation DRAMA - AFRIHOST

I don't even know where to start... After I have cancelled with them in the past I decided to give them another chance because of the fiber deals they had. Within a week I already had my router as well and I thought wow maybe Afrihost upped their customer service game. Frogfoot finished installing a termination point in my unit on 7 November 2019, after this I asked asked multiple times what needs to happen next. I was told that once live I will get a call from frogfoot to install the ONT box, 3 weeks later afrihost is still boggled over what exactly needs to happen. Every time I need to explain that I have not yet received a ONT box which has lights on it, and every time something about a location issue get's noted but still no one is helping no one is listeneing and I'm really disappointing with the level of "service" afrihost is giving their customers once again.
