Fiber is donw since 4 PM - No feedback on ticket since 4:50PM

Never been so disappointed with Afrihsot until today - my fiber just stopped and so assist, so now i must stay with no network until tomorrow because noone is working. does Afrihost have an afterhour number??????? anyways my last month with this company!!!!!
