Fiber installation feedback and lies

Orders my fiber on the 3 of Jul 2017 at which time the Afrihost website stated more or less 4 weeks for installation

We are now at 13 Sep 2017, 2 months and 10 days passed and I am no closer to fiber than before placing the order, now I must mention that the contact details were incorrect and on the 10 of Aug 2017 I phoned in again and then got told this! so nowhere before did the email me and say hey we can't get hold of you, that still sets us at 6 weeks after they have the correct info

after numerous calls to the support desk and hours of waiting to speak to a consultant which 80% of the time gives me a new version of the truth ex, the turnaround time is 6 weeks and there after we can escalate the matter, next time I call no the fiber takes 12 weeks sorry, then also after numerous promises that some one will get back to me the just don't,

I will definitely be moving my business elsewhere, and I will advise any one to not even try doing business with afrihost
