fiber connection with Vuma Aerial via Afrihost,

I recently signed up for a fiber connection with Vuma Aerial via Afrihost, and unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing. While I was excited to get started with a reliable connection, it’s been several days since I paid, and there’s been no feedback on when my line will be activated.

I reached out to their WhatsApp support team, hoping for some clarity or at least an estimated timeline. However, they were unable to provide any helpful information or explain why the process is taking so long. The lack of communication and updates is frustrating and not what I expected when signing up for this service.

I hope the situation is resolved soon, but based on my current experience, I can't recommend their service to others at this point. Improved communication and quicker activation times are definitely needed.
