Fiber connection problem

Have had Afrihost fibre for a long time and always have been paying my account on time and sometimes my internet just stops working out of no where and the call for assistance so they can send a technition to sort out the problem then they tell me that they don't have someone that can assist me or you can listen over the phone that they don't know what to do. Not happy at all with them maybe some othe providers can assist there clients better than Afrihost but they want to take your money.
