Fiber company from Hell ,no care for customers

Afrihost is the worst Fibre company for me truly disgusted by such service these guys truly have no customer care sercie and they are *********** ... Afrihost is the worst Fibre company for me truly ...on the 5th February 2024 I logged a call for my faulty router on my client zone account online after the whatsapp support personel had advised me so ...sonce then no communication from them till i called them on the 13th of February...

I was told no the warehouse will.send a cursor company to com fetch the router and exchange it .Since then nothing, been calling ,whatsapping ,sent supprt emails and literatlly afri**** whatsapp even twice a day toll now no help and courier company is still going to be sent acoxir**** to the support agent same thing they said for the past 2 weeks or another excuse we can't contact warehouse as they dont have phones but we have sent them the priority message its been 3 weeks guys am sorrynis this for real ...

Some of thier agents are really bad one even told me this week ooh no they called you and you wee not available and i asked when did they call me becuase my phone is next to me and i have no missed call I even checked on true caller and he then changed no missed call , he then changed his story oh no it was not today it was the 13th... am sure it was a magical call it never happened.

Today 29th I called,imaled supprt , what's app twice ,called x3 etc etc still non-negotiable knows anything...
