Fiber Broad Band issue

I would rather choose zero ratings if there was a way to rate. My fiber is not working since Wednesday this week, Logged a call on Wednesday and till now its not been fixed. My ticket no is 27262. When ever you call them they day they have escalated this issue, someone will call you to fix the issue. Now due to this Coronavirus issue we all are working from home. If you dont have internet how do you expect to work ?????? Working through Afrihost has been the most horrible and frustrating experience of my life! They are VERY QUICK to start deducting money from your account, but when you need assistance from them, there is ZERO assistance!!
