Felt **********

I have felt ********** twice. The first instance I happened to be on their website and noticed that I could get a cheaper package with more bandwidth than the one I was presently on. In fact I could have had that package for over a year. Afrihost made no attempt to inform us of this. When I enquired they said "all you had to do was change the contract". Logically: who would not? For over a year they were happy to take my money and attract new customers on a lower tariff. The second occasion was when I tried to cancel the account. It took two months for me to get this right. They make it really easy to sign up, but really hard, inflexible and unforgiving to cancel. I will NEVER use them again.
