Fed up with this **** network(ISP)

Every month when it comes to deducting then my speed is perfect! no buffering on streaming, social is not offline and i can work so much better! but every damn week its a problem. And everytime you whatsapp them you need to explain the same problem and you get the same lameless apologies....! Is afrihost not supposed to be "THE NUMBER 1 ISP"....? That is a load of bull! sort your issues out for the last of 2024! we should not waste our time contacting you about your pathetic services rendered! and to top it all off, your customer service agents don't know how to apologise anymore...
