Fault occurring for 2 weeks without hope of resolution

Internet Connectivity via Fiber drops randomly throughout day for last 2 weeks. All attempts to get them to escalate the issue with OpenServe to actually get a resolution has been fruitless. Afrihost don't have any leverage to actually get their service providers to supply the service being paid for.
