False promises

I bought thier Pure LTE sim card at the end of January. The recipient was international, which they didn't mind when I was putting in the details. When the day comes for the delivery, the carriers did not want to deliver to an international. Fine I then immediately called afrihost and with an agent changed the recipient details. The whole of that week I was sent to call the carriers with my airtime to ask them what is taking long with my delivery, and there has been no attempt of delivery at all after that day. I have called Afrihost and the carrier multiple times but no one has been able to help me with a SIMPLE service that I paid for.
