False promises by Afrihost. Worst company ever

I app**** for Fibre on the 12 August 2019. They told me I would have my internet within two weeks; even today I am still waiting. They have never called me ever since, I am the one that phones but I never get anywhere. I have called them more than five times already and their story is the same. they tell me that my address was captured incorrectly and each time i give them the correct one but guess what? when I call the again I get told the same story of the address. I don't know how many times they need to capture my address before they can get it right. I have given these call centre people my address so many times but still i dont have the fibre and they even don't bother to call me.

If anyone is considering them, be prepared to deal with incompetence and disrespect. Yesterday they promised that I would get an sms and an email immediately after the call but as expected I was just being taken for a ride. still no success. I might as well take my business elsewhere since I don't deserve Fibre as far as they are concerned.
