False Online Fibre Advertising!!

Afrihost is a company that promises but does not deliver. Their online order system for Fibre - makes one believe that Fibre is in your area - locks you into an order, thinking you will receive your service within the promised time... well, it seems ït coming toy our area soon! they are very quick to tie you into a pre-order and delvier the modem with all the updated ïnformation"for your new account details, and then you sit looking at a modem that is useless for over 3 months. with promises that it we be the "next week" - needless to say I contacted SADV and was informed that Afrihost if they had placed a Pre-order with SADV then i would have been on the system for priority installation. All Afrihost can do is say "SORRY!!!" ly last phone to them on 7th June - they then only placed an order when i queried again as i do every wee**** bad service.... would love to just change service providers right now..... FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!
