False information

good day today I am beyond ANGRY. I have placed my order via vumatel/afrihost 26 February 2020.I asked them to do the installation at month end March 2020. Today 24 March 2020 my Fiber line was installed, When I signed up via the website it showed R499 per month (free installation,free router) today after installation I found out that I am liable for the installation and now they charge me a monthly fee of R549.

I demand that my invoice gets fixed and that you remove the installation fee and set my monthly fee to R499 if nothing of the above gets sorted I want this **** removed off my premises and I wont do business with you futher.
