False information
Hi<br> If you can see previous records i have reported Afrihost last month already for selling me false information.<br> This month they debited me afrter they confirmed that my account is up to date.<br> Below is my chat to the Support Agent on their Live chat Portal Keenan is his name.<br> Hello Shaun,<br> <br> Thank you for taking the time to chat with us. Thanks for taking our call earlier, sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced here.
The issue came in with the future dated payment where our billing had already run a few days before. Our Billing T&C's do mention a billing date of the 25th. We've sent you a mail with further details around this.
