False fibre promises.

We had an open day at our estate in Centurion Amberfield Glen last year October 2017.

We were told if we sigh up now the fibre will be installed and ready to use within 4 weeks. It has now been 4 months with no known installation date or any further feedback. We had to contact them 3 times over the 4 months with no useful information given other than no installation date available.

Ticket number EXZ- ********** 7.

Still no response and we were promised end of February the lines will be ready after the initial "4 weeks promise" was never met.
