FALSE ADVERTISING

I got a 100Mbps service from Afrihost. It has been heavily throttled since the day the router was delivered. Contacted support today to try and sort out, the 20 Mbps that I am getting and met with the standard network support stuff, Try a different location on the router, try rebooting... I am being throttled to 20% of what I am paying for! Just cancel the service and come collect the router, stop wasting my time with why you are selling a service different to what I am getting. It is not network congestion I am being throttled!
