False advertising by Afrihost - not resolved 4 weeks later

<p>Hi Afrihost,</p> <p>For the last +-4 weeks I have been trying to get an account issue resolved. This has to do with the R4000 fibre promotion that you were offereing which i signed up for. To this date, Afrihost has failed to deliver on its prmoises re crediting of my account accordingly based on the face that i had already paid Vumatel and that I didnt request free router. I can provide further details on request, which have actually been emailed to Afrihost.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone at Afrihost take responsibility and resolve this matter! </p> <p> </p> <p>Awaiting your response - thanks</p>
