False advertising!

I selected same day delivery for my new 5G router. It is 3 days later and I was just advised that it might take another 5 working days, so that's 2 weekends without internet. My frustration is that I need to keep contacting them to find out what is happening and everyone is very sorry, but cannot tell me when I will have my router. False advertising!
